Will I need to get a ticket online before I visit Coal Valley Christmas Trees?Yes you will need to purchase a ticket online before visiting our farm. When booking your ticket you will be able to pick the date and time period that suits you best for tree hunting. This ensures a fun-filled experience for all by minimising wait times and traffic congestion. Tickets are available through the Tickets page on our website unless sold out. There will be regular updates on our Facebook page.

Do I need to pay for my ticket online?When you book a ticket online you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of $30 to secure your farm booking. The deposit will then be deducted from the total price of your Christmas Tree at the farm checkout. One ticket = one beautiful Christmas tree for you to take home and enjoy!

Can I buy more than one Christmas tree with my ticket?No, sorry. One ticket = the deposit for one tree only. This helps us to ensure equitable distribution of trees during the selected time periods.

Do you have EFTPOS facilities?Yes, we use a Square Reader that accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Can I pay in cash?Yes, you are welcome to pay in cash. The correct change is always appreciated where possible.

Can I cut my own Christmas tree?No, unfortunately due to Occupational Health and Safety concerns, you are unable to cut your own Christmas tree. However we have a number of helpful tree cutters available onsite to help you cut down your chosen tree.

Can you deliver my Christmas tree?No, unfortunately we are unable to deliver trees and offer farm pick up only.

How long will my Christmas tree last?Your farm fresh Christmas tree will last 4-6 weeks if cared for properly. Please visit the 'Our Trees' page for tips on how to prolong the life our your tree.

Do you sell Christmas tree stands?Yes, we sure do! We sell high-quality Cinco Christmas Tree stands in both small and large sizes to keep your Christmas tree fresh. These strong stands are built to last and can be reused year after year.

What should I do with my tree after Christmas?Coal Valley Christmas Trees has a Tree-Cycling program and will gladly receive your used tree back after Christmas. On the second weekend in January please return your used tree and pop it over the gate. Old trees will then turned into mulch and used around the base of our trees. Please remove all decorations before returning your tree.
